1. Shipping Coverage AgriAxom ships across India, with specialized delivery networks covering Northeast India and Assam, including remote agricultural districts.
2. Processing Time
- Standard orders: dispatched within 2–3 business days
- Bulk/B2B orders: dispatched within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
3. Estimated Delivery Times

4. Shipping Partners AgriAxom fulfills orders through trusted 3PL logistics partners. Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a minimum value (as displayed on the website)
- B2B/bulk order shipping is quoted separately
6. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and email support@agriaxom.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos.
7. Failed Delivery If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
