Terms of Service — AgriAxom

Welcome to AgriAxom. By accessing or purchasing from our platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us AgriAxom is an agricultural products and services platform supplying farmers, agri-businesses, and B2B partners across India, with a focus on Northeast India and Assam.

2. Eligibility By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in INR and inclusive/exclusive of GST as displayed
  • Prices for bulk/B2B orders may vary — contact us for wholesale pricing
  • AgriAxom reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
  • We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and other available payment methods
  • For bulk orders, advance payment or pro-forma invoice terms apply

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, especially in remote Northeast India regions
  • AgriAxom partners with 3PL logistics providers for fulfillment
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch

6. Intellectual Property All content on AgriAxom — including product descriptions, images, and branding — is the property of AgriAxom and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability AgriAxom is not liable for crop losses, yield failures, or consequential damages arising from product use. Always consult a certified agronomist for field-specific advice.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.

9. Grievance Redressal (As required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020)
